Highland House Assisted Living is seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance/Handyman to help maintain a safe, comfortable, and well-kept environment for our residents and staff. If you take pride in your work and enjoy helping others, we would love to hear from you!

🛠️ Responsibilities:

• ✔ Perform routine maintenance and repairs
• ✔ Address plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry needs
• ✔ Conduct preventative maintenance and safety checks
• ✔ Maintain building systems and equipment
• ✔ Ensure grounds and common areas remain clean and safe
• ✔ Respond promptly to maintenance requests
• ✔ Assist with room setup, painting, and minor renovations

✅ Qualifications:

• ✔ Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred
• ✔ Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
• ✔ Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently
• ✔ Dependable, organized, and self-motivated
• ✔ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• ✔ Valid driver’s license preferred
