Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate caregiver shifts to meet client needs
- Communicate with caregivers and clients to ensure seamless service delivery
- Respond to staffing needs, call-outs, and emergencies promptly
- Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and caregiver engagement activities
- Collaborate with care managers and office staff to ensure high-quality service
- Experience in scheduling, staffing, or healthcare coordination (home care preferred)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Tech-savvy (familiarity with scheduling software and Microsoft Office)
