AmeriCare Plus, LLC | Dayton, VA | $17.00/hour | Part-Time

🕒 PT – 9 hours per week (morning hours) | 💰 Weekly Pay | ❤️ Meaningful Work

📅 Schedule: 4½-hour shifts on Tuesday and Thursday – morning hours preferred. No smoking and no pets in the home.

AmeriCare Plus, LLC is seeking a compassionate and dependable caregiver (CNA, NA, or PCA) to provide in-home personal care to a veteran client in Dayton, VA. This is a smoke-free, pet-free home with a consistent, predictable schedule — a great fit for someone who values stability and meaningful one-on-one work.

**Additional hours available, if willing to travel. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist client with personal hygiene, grooming, and bathing
• Support mobility and transfers (e.g., bed to wheelchair)
• Prepare light meals
• Provide medication reminders
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping duties
• Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior

Requirements:

• CNA, NA, or PCA certification (online training provided for those interested in PCA certification)
• Reliable transportation and valid Virginia driver's license
• Social Security card & 2 professional references
• Must pass background check per State and Federal requirements
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Respectful and professional demeanor — experience with or appreciation for veterans a plus
